As the URA General Manager, Marie works closely with the URA Board and oversees her motivated staff as they pursue their commitment to excellence. Marie graduated from Spalding University with a B.A. degree and went on to become Miss Louisville. Marie managed major weekend events for thousands of people for CDI, before joining URA. Marie brings over thirty years of management experience to the URA team and she is committed to helping our members achieve their personal, business and financial goals.

Lauren Gordon has over twenty-five years experience as an administrator and customer support representative. She worked for a major corporation for ten years as a Network Administrator, and was recruited to head up URA Support.  She’s brought incredible expertise to our team, and continues to make our support system better to serve our members. In Lauren’s personal life, she operates a business with her husband of twenty years, and is the proud mother of two grown children.  She is also a certified TRX fitness trainer. 

Ralph has worked in the software industry for the last seven years; he brings a high level of expertise in the area of design and software development to the URA team. Though Ralph started out in web development, ever expanding mobile and cloud technologies have led him to take on more responsibility in mobile and cross platform strategies. He continues to pursue new ways to make URA’s mobile and web applications more seamless. Ralph lives in Coral Springs, Florida with his wife Rebecca and their two children.

Jazzmine has a strong background of both administrative work and customer service.  She joined the URA team in 2012 as a customer service representative; putting her best foot forward in assisting our members in any way she can as they continue to grow their businesses.  She was promoted to the admin position in 2015 and personally reports to the general manager.  She works on multiple projects. In her personal life, she is raising two beautiful children while continuing her education in pursuit of a business administration degree.

Josh has over ten years in web development applications for both web and mobile devices. He has a background in IT and administration, including head developer and IT director for one of the country’s largest print and promotional distributors. Over the past several years Josh has had a primary role in a telecommunications project developed for remote meetings, that is currently used throughout the United States and abroad. Josh and his wife Amanda have been happily married for over nine years and have four daughters.

Ben has thirteen years of experience in federal government contracting, including ten years of website and database development, as well as over two years of Java application development. Ben is currently a program manager for a million-dollar software project and has four active IT-related certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach, Certified Cloudera Developer for Hadoop, and Security+. Ben has been married to his wife, Lindsey, for ten years and they have three children.

Rachel has worked in the graphic design industry for over twelve years. Because of the mentorship through URA, she was able to leave her full-time job as a graphic designer to stay home with her children. In addition to building a business and working with URA she does some independent and freelance creative work. Rachel specializes in drawing and painting, and loves to be creative when coming up with concepts for the URA clothing designs. Rachel and her husband Matt live in Annville, PA and have four kids.

Monica came to URA with over nine years of experience in customer service as well as administrative assistance. She expeditiously handles member requests and is responsible for overseeing an increasing number of bilingual functions as the URA team continues to extend its reach across diverse cultures. She is an individual who is dependable, motivated, and personable. Her many experiences ensure that she is a person who knows how to accomplish challenging tasks and how to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
